Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Returns
How can I return my item(s)?
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. Please note:
- Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition, with the receipt.
- If the item returned is not in acceptable condition, the return will be rejected.
- For returns due to personal preference (e.g., you no longer want the item), the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
Important: Do not return the package directly. Please contact us to receive the return address.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at shop@puzzlop.com. Do not dispose of the packaging—we’ll resolve it promptly.

How can I earn points?
You can earn VIP points for every purchase on puzzlop.com:
- $1 = 2 points
- Earn points by sharing our page on Instagram, Facebook, etc.
How can I view my points?
Click the red trophy icon at the bottom right of the page, log in, and you’ll see your points balance, how you earned them, and your usage history.
What can I use points for?
Points can be redeemed for discount codes:
- 100 points = $10 off (valid for orders over $50)
- 200 points = $20 off (valid for orders over $100)
